I spent all day yesterday downloading and installing Imoujo something, only to this morning delete it immediately. Then I downloaded this game and Material Girl lol.

You would have to be absolutely stupid not to side with Yoshpet. What you’re saying is that we shouldn’t complain or speak out when we’re clearly being conned. This isn’t a matter of patience, but a matter of principle. The only reason downloading these files is so hard is because they intentionally made it hard. Just because you’re willing to wait doesn’t mean anyone should have to put up with these insane wait times, only to be met with throttled downloading speeds.

Please add a detailed explanation on how to just extract passed the downloading. My problem is i’m an idiot and have no clue how to work a computer unless it’s used in basic terms. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to extract to a specific file, i get the download. Click it, extract with 7zip to ‘monsterGirlQuest/’ then get ‘CRC failed’ and arc.nsa file broken, then do what someone else said and make my own file in downloads and then repeat my 7zip extraction and get files with some weird symbol in between them.

So then i type in my specific file and it doesn’t go. Then i drag the extract to my specific folder, and click ‘extract here’ and get the same CRC failed, arc.nsa message. Someone help please.

ATTENTION!!!Although the readme for the English patch says to replace everything in the original Japanese game with the patch contents, DO NOT DO THIS!!! After dealing with the same problem as Koala and mc (review the comment section), I troubleshooted for a good 10 minutes before stumbling across an easy fix:1.

After extracting the contents of the English patch, copy and paste the contents (NOT THE FOLDER ITSELF) of the “system” folder into the “system” folder of the original Japanese game. Replace whatever it prompts you to.2. Copy and paste the rest of the English patch (MINUS THE “SYSTEM” FOLDER) into the original Japanese game.

I read the readme in the patch file. I downloaded the game, installed patch, changed locale to Japanese. The game text is still in Japanese.

I don’t know what’s wrong, i think it has to do with the extraction inWinRAR, it won’t let me extract ANY file in the MonsterGirlQuest.part1.rar though, I followed all the instructions in the readme.txt.When i drag files into the MonsterGirlQuest.part1.rar it says“Cannot modify volume.I’ve done everything i can but it doesn’t seem to allow me to transfer the english patch over to the part 1. Its a real hassle, but if you can see the contents it will be a lot easier. Ency is encylcopedia, bgm is background music, se is sound effects, all the.dat files and glovalsav go into sav file, place all things like bgmbookmark & bgmon, cselect, config, cursor, efwhite, efblack, the encyclopedia pics (without text), face, gagee,only the lngtwave.dll, logo, mask, menu including mini,return, savenew, saveload, spm, system, selectwindow, title, window, and anything related to the display into the systems folder. All other.dll files stay out with the monque.all audio is either bgm or se. I cant list all the bgm, but youll have to seperate the long audio and short audio. The short are se, the long are bgm.

All the ero and hsean go into se, plus i still cant find the voices, so try to organize. I didn’t knew this was reuploaded to MF and RS already!

Sadly my PC crashed when I had this installed so I lost it. 😛 Fortunatly I beated the game once (in easy/normal mode, I was planning on replaying it in hard mode when my PC crashed).

Thats weird, I have no problem with my game thus far. I’m going to play it again to see if I can complete all the ‘medal’ achievements and such as well as monster encyvlopedia. Plus I don’t have all the scenes with Alice. And part 2 is out and for sale i think? But its in jap prob and somewhere it says online that there is an eng patch for 33% of the game translated but i would wait for the entire 100% otherwise it’d be weird to play an eroge with words u can’t read. I found a fix around the problem I was having and would like to post my findings in case anyone else encounters this problem. Apparently the translation I was using that comes with a patch for the word wrap problem was causing problems, and the best solution is to play the game with out the patch until the next time you are able to save.

At that point you can start up the the game with the patch again Until the next time the problem pops up again and you have to use the workaround again to continue the game. I think Monster Girl 2 is already out in Japan. A site I visited posted the game’s CG pics. Not 100% sure though, but it seemed a lot(about 720 pics).Anyway, I downloaded this game cuz the artist(Kenkou Kurosu/Kenkou Cross) who drew Alice is my favorite monster girl artist. I think the other two were “Frfr”(Sylph, Gnome, Undine & Salamander’s artist) and “Un Do”(The zombie girls artist). I think there was one more but I forgot.I can’t wait for the second part.

Plus it was kinda cliche and obvious who she was considering she said that she got bruised from a big fight from a girl, like, the flash game Level Up! LolIn any case I thoroughly enjoyed this and was getting worried that I wouldn’t have enough save files. I seriously wonder how much space this’ll take up. The conversations w/ other people were very amusing/humorous/entertaining that I decided to save at those points as well. It seems there are quite a handful of lamias in here.

Whoa, talk about a well done game. Heavily anticipating the sequel. There were dozens of monsters that were of animals I couldn’t even imagine looking attractive.Not particularly big on loli either, such as the scene early on with the band of kid bandits. Although I did enjoy some of it where they may look loli (usually only the face) but the way the delivery was handled, it set the mood perfectly.Normally I would judge anything that H-related because you forgive it because of the territory. This was made quite well considering.PS.

The best encounter I think there is probably isn’t even in the first part. The succubus in the trial of part 2 is perhaps loli (weirdly it’s presented as if she older) but it’s the best fight I’ve played.Hope there is more succubus in that part;P. You can get the “Come in One Turn” achievement also by fighting Tamamo. To fight her, you have to accept the Poseidon’s Bell, then choose to fight her.

She will utterly annihilate you instantly (she hits you for 300+ damage 9 times in a single turn). Also, the Mimic can kill you in one turn if you attack her when her chest is open.To get Ilias’ Monster Encyclopedia entry, you have to lose more than 15 times in a single play through and select “Evaluation”.After 15 evaluations, Ilias gets pissed off and ‘punishes’ you in a way only suitable to this game. So there are no other translated GOR RPG beside Monster Girl and Raidy? That sure is a pity.Hope that this is going to change soon.Between the two I must admit I like MG better: every encounter has a GOR scene (the downside is that you rarely get a VR scene) and while cliched, the story has still some auto-irony and even some good dialogues (best so far being the “You got to get the revenge on the people who oppressed you! I was forced to become a hero!!”, not a bad take on the protagonist).Weak points are that the GOR scenes are waaaaaay too long. I mean: ok, you won, ok, it’s a rape but don’t gloat too much I’m not a masochist, I guessAnd the fact that some arts are really crappy.Oh, and chalk one more Gramberia fan, cliched as it may be her character, I still hope that her and Sara will be happy.Last but not Least: Monster Collection Part 2 will be out around november. There is a tranlated demo (one encounter only) out there and you should find it pretty easily.

I already beat part 1 so i dont think it’ll matter if it had spoilers or not. @Caelistas, Luka caught Alice’s attention because she feel there was something odd about him(like the hidden powers he showed after pass out during a fight. She even theorize if his mother was a monster or the ring he carries give him some kind of power but she can’t find a answer.Probably because of that she was inside his house when he came back from Ilias temple.And later i think she started to sympathize with his ideals and liking him.But i agree about someday in the future Luka will have to fight and defeat her. The final book battle. Hp drivers for windows 10. That battle was just bullshit.I had to save mid-battle before edging as close to the point where she starts charging as possible, while making sure I had max SP ready. (Luckily, the game didn’t crash even though translation notes warned that the middle of battle wasn’t a “safe save location”.)I then used the Skull Crusher, hit her with two critical hits in a row (by saving and then loading a LOT, over and over) and another Skull Crusher.Without both regular attacks critting, I couldn’t do enough damage to finish her off in time.If anyone knows a “proper” way of winning that fight, I’d love to know. I don’t want to get spoiled though.However i already suspect Alice will turn out to be the Monster Lord or someone close by him/hir. So i’m thinking illias way (not getting raped) is the aheum “good” path, while travelling with Alice (yes i helped her, i’m in my first playthrough)is the “bad” path. Unless there is some majot plot twist and you are actually supposed to fuck all the monsters:p. Thanks for the information!On a sidenote, after finishing this, i have to review my initial opinion about illias being “the good one”, although Alice is initially very cold (and somewhat tsundere), she isn’t a bad person in any way. Also i think illias was the one who destroyed the village with all the humans and monsters in it so that the hate between 2 “races” would explode and so she could have a reason to wipe out all the monsters. Also i’m pretty certain that the main char will marry Alice in the last chapter, cause Alice said that any possible husband for her would have to marry her voluntarily and he should be stronger then her (reason why he is collecting those wind/earth/fire/water (spirits?).Anyhow we won’t know for sure until the other chapters are released but the game is very much leaning in this direction.i think.:p.
