Your call history lists information about all your incoming and outgoing calls
About call history
Your call history is updated every 15 minutes and saves information about calls for 31 days.
You can view information about calls for all your numbers, such as caller ID, duration of the call or what happened on the call.
Your administrator activates or deactivates call history for you. When call history is deactivated, the information is no longer updated and can't be viewed. Call information from before call history was deactivated is saved and can be viewed when call history is activated again.
Searching your call history
You can search your call history with different criteria, such as outgoing, answered or international calls.
To search your call history- Select My Numbers > My Call History.
- Select the criteria you want to use and select .

Viewing call details
Your call history displays a summary of all calls matching the search criteria, as well as the list of calls with information such as the originating phone number, the destination phone number or duration of the call. You can view details of every call.
To view details of a call- Select My Numbers > My Call History.
- If you want to display your call history with specific search criteria applied, select the desired options in the section.
- In the Performed calls section, select the call you want to view details for and select .

Call events
Call events show what happened to the call and the features used on the call.
To view call events- Select My Numbers > My Call History.
- If you want to display your call history with the specific search criteria applied, select the desired options in the section.
- In the Performed calls section, select the call you want to view details for and select .
- To see details of an event, in the Complete route section, hover over the icon in the Events column.
